Authorities in Los Angeles are reviewing additional sexual assault allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence for transporting women for prostitution. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office confirmed on Tuesday that it is examining separate investigations presented by the LAPD and LASD in autumn 2025.
The accuser, record producer Jonathan Hay, has publicly identified himself and claims Combs assaulted him in 2020. According to court documents, Hay was working on a project for the estate of Notorious BIG when Combs allegedly watched pornography in front of him and masturbated with a shirt belonging to the late rapper. Hay further alleges that he was later taken to meet Combs by Christopher “CJ” Wallace (son of Notorious BIG) and producer Willie Mack, where the assault occurred.
Hay described the incident as “the ultimate betrayal” and said he experienced severe depression and suicidal thoughts. An attorney for CJ Wallace has denied the claims, calling them “absurd and baseless,” and has filed a defamation lawsuit against Hay. Combs’ legal team continues to seek to overturn his conviction, while the Los Angeles review could lead to additional charges.
