A young woman has been raped in Nottingham city centre, with police launching an investigation and cordoning off a section of the area.
Incident Details
Nottinghamshire Police received reports of the attack in the early hours of Saturday, June 13. A cordon is in place at Lace Market Square, blocking off Adams Walk leading up to Fletcher Gate.
The victim, described as a young woman, is being supported by officers. At the scene, a police car is stationed near Pizza Punks, one of several businesses within the cordon.
