Two men have been charged following an alleged assault in Haverfordwest which left a man in his 60s in a serious condition.
Mark Hambrook, 41, and John Simon, 37, have each been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent following the incident on Quay Street on Friday, October 2. Both men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Incident outside pub
The alleged assault happened outside The William Owen Pub at around 4.50pm. The victim was airlifted to hospital and remains in a serious but stable condition.
A 37-year-old woman who was also arrested in connection with the investigation has been released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
Appeal for witnesses
Dyfed-Powys Police continues to investigate the incident.
