A trans woman who falsely claimed to have been raped by multiple different men over a seven-year period has been jailed.

Sentencing and charges

Khloe Simmonds, 26, was sentenced for eight counts of perverting the course of justice over allegations made against the victims between 2018 and 2026.

Harrow Crown Court heard that Simmonds spent hundreds of hours with police officers bolstering false allegations of serious sexual assault and portraying themself as a victim.

Impact on police and victims

At the height of the offending, Simmonds was responsible for 2.5% of all rape and serious sexual assault allegations in Harrow.

Several of the men accused of rape were arrested and detained for a short period of time before being released, the court heard.
