A 17-year-old boy fatally stabbed at a council headquarters building in London has been named as David Wynter. Police launched a murder investigation after reports of a stabbing at Brent Civic Centre on Engineers Way at approximately 2.30pm on Tuesday, August 25.

Arrest and Charge

A 15-year-old boy was arrested and subsequently charged with murder on Thursday, August 27. He appeared at Willesden Magistrates' Court and is due to appear before the Old Bailey today (Friday).
