Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to following a fire outside a city centre hotel.
Emergency services were called to reports of arson outside The Mitre Hotel at Cathedral Gates. The incident occurred at around 2.20am on Sunday July 26.
Officers say the blaze caused around £300 worth of damage.
Appeal for information
A GMP spokesperson said: "We would like to speak to this man as we believe he can help with our investigation of arson outside The Mitre Hotel, Cathedral Gates, Manchester, at around 2:20am on 26/07/2026."
It was reported that £300 worth of damaged was caused due to the fires.
