A 75-year-old grandfather and a 32-year-old woman were arrested for allegedly engaging in a loud outdoor sex session at a pool in front of children. The incident occurred at the Central Texas Marketplace apartment complex in Waco, Texas, US, around 5pm on Sunday.
Witnesses Report Explicit Display
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by local news outlet KWTX, Emilie Parma was reportedly on top of Douglas Faith, who is 43 years her senior, while “grinding and thrusting” and making loud sexual moans. Bystanders reported that the explicit display was disturbing their children.
When officers arrived, Faith admitted Parma had been sitting on top of him. He acknowledged sexual contact but offered a unique medical defense: he claimed to have a “penile implant,” arguing that no full intercourse took place.
Charges and Drug Discovery
The excuse did not convince officers, and both Faith and Parma were handcuffed and charged with public lewdness. Additionally, police found two marijuana joints in Faith’s possession, leading to a drug charge.
Court records show Parma was released on a $1,500 bond, while Faith’s bail was set at $3,000.
