A 64-year-old man has died in a crash on Caerphilly Road in Ystrad Mynach, Gwent Police have confirmed.
Officers were called to the scene just after 9.30am on Wednesday, July 29, alongside paramedics from the Welsh Ambulance Service and an air ambulance. The man was pronounced dead at the scene; his family have been informed.
Police appeal for witnesses
The road remains closed while investigation work is carried out. Gwent Police are appealing for anyone with information, particularly CCTV or dashcam footage, to come forward.
