Callum Kerr, a father, has died after being restrained by fellow passengers on a Jet2 flight from Cyprus to Manchester. The incident occurred on June 21 when Kerr allegedly became disruptive and aggressive due to consuming a significant amount of alcohol before boarding.
Incident Details
The flight, travelling from Larnaca to Manchester, saw Kerr reportedly acting in a manner that led other passengers to intervene. He was restrained by multiple individuals on the aircraft. Upon landing, officers boarded the plane and found Kerr not breathing. He has since been pronounced dead.
Investigation Underway
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death. Jet2 has not yet issued a statement regarding the incident. The family of Mr. Kerr has been informed and is receiving support.
