A Cheshire Police officer is set to face a misconduct hearing following allegations of forming an inappropriate relationship with a vulnerable woman during the course of duty.
The officer, whose identity has not been disclosed, is accused of breaching professional standards by engaging in personal contact with the woman, who was known to be in a vulnerable state.
