A fire at the Rong Beer Na Ladprao music bar in Bangkok has killed 32 people, making it the deadliest blaze in the Thai capital in 17 years. More than 70 people were injured, and 30 remain hospitalized, with 15 in intensive care units, according to the Erawan emergency services center.

The fire erupted on Sunday evening at the bar, which described itself as a brewery or beer hall and claimed to accommodate up to 600 customers. Mourning and Tributes
Former patrons and mourners visited the site Tuesday, adding flowers and handwritten messages in Thai and other languages, including Korean, to a growing pile of tributes. Debris from the bar, including melted musical instruments and blackened chairs, remained on the sidewalk as officials continued their investigation.
Bar's Apology and Cooperation
The bar issued an apology and condolences on Facebook on Monday, vowing to cooperate fully with investigations. The post, dated July 13, stated: "From the fire incident that took place inside the brewery in Ladprao. The shop would like to express our deepest apologies for the tragic event. Our condolences to the families of the deceased and send our strength to the injured, including the relatives and all those who have been affected by the incident."
The bar set up a coordination center for victims and noted that the shop owner is severely injured and receiving intensive care. The bar assured it would compile evidence and cooperate with authorities for transparent fact-checking and legal action.
