Steven Gerrard's Daughter Lilly-Ella in Relationship with Son of Alleged Kinahan Cartel Figure

Steven Gerrard's eldest daughter, Lilly-Ella Gerrard, has been in a relationship with Lee Byrne, the son of an alleged mob boss, for two years. Lilly-Ella, who turned 20 earlier this year, has a significant social media following with 211,000 Instagram followers and 73,000 on TikTok. She frequently shares glimpses of her luxurious lifestyle, including travels to Dubai, Bahrain, and Ibiza.

Her boyfriend, Lee Byrne, is not involved in criminal activities. However, his father, Liam Byrne, 43, has been identified in court as the leader of the 'Byrne Organised Crime Group' and is a suspected member of the Kinahan cartel. Liam Byrne was arrested by Spanish police in June last year on a UK extradition warrant and is currently held at HMP Belmarsh, facing firearms and conspiracy charges alongside his brother-in-law, Thomas Kavanagh. They have pleaded not guilty, with a trial scheduled for September.

Liam Byrne's brother, David Byrne, was killed in the 2016 Regency Hotel shooting, a key event in the Hutch-Kinahan feud that led to 18 deaths. Steven Gerrard has been seen interacting with Liam Byrne; footage from 2022 shows them together, with Byrne sitting next to Gerrard during a video call.

Lilly-Ella and Lee Byrne have been together since at least October 2022, having enjoyed a summer holiday in Ibiza the previous year. Lee has described Lilly-Ella as "the best person he's ever met." The couple remains close, with Lilly-Ella posting a photo in January captioned "Best friend. Happy new year." Gerrard himself has acknowledged the relationship, posting a birthday message for Lee last year.
