A murder investigation has been launched after Stuart Davies, 46, was found dead at his home in Wrexham. North Wales Police have arrested a 50-year-old man on suspicion of murder.
Discovery and Arrest
Officers attended the home of Stuart Davies at Bryn y Ffynnon in Wrexham on Thursday, June 25, after reports that he had not been seen for several days and there was concern for his welfare. The investigation into the circumstances of his death is ongoing, and police are appealing for more information from the public.
Family Tribute
Stuart's family have paid tribute to the "loving son, brother and dad." In a statement, they said: "Stuey had the most infectious smile that will stick with everyone that knew him. He was a loving son, brother and dad, who doted on his children. We are heartbroken that he was tragically taken away from us and he will be missed by us all forever. We would also like to thank everyone for their kind words, cards and flowers. Until we meet again- fly high, Stuey."
Police Appeal
Officers are appealing to anyone who was in the Bryn y Ffynnon area on Sunday morning, June 21, and may have seen or heard anything unusual. Anyone with information should contact North Wales Police on 101.
