An inquest has been unable to determine how a 30-year-old man came to die in his Cardiff home. Tyler Jack Richards was found dead on June 28 last year at his address in Pennsylvania, Llanedeyrn.
Medical History and Last Contact
Pontypridd coroners' court heard Mr Richards' medical history included chronic back pain and scoliosis of the spine. Coroner Patricia Morgan said: "He had also suffered with anxiety and depression for which he received medication to help manage." He was last in contact with his family three days before his body was discovered.
Post-Mortem and Conclusion
A post-mortem examination was unable to identify the likely medical cause for his death. "There is no evidence of third-party involvement," said Ms Morgan, recording an open conclusion. The inquest heard Mr Richards was born in Cardiff and at the time of his death did not have an occupation.
