One lane of the A19 has been closed in Seaham following a crash. The collision occurred on the northbound carriageway near to Seaton Lane.
Traffic delays and queues
Traffic monitoring suggests delays of around quarter of an hour, with queues stretching for two miles. The queues extend from Seaton past the Murton Interchange and Dalton Park.
