TUI is offering discounts of up to £550 on winter sun holidays, with destinations including the Canary Islands, Cyprus, Thailand, Mexico and Mauritius. The deals apply to departures between November 2026 and April 2027, giving holidaymakers a chance to escape the colder UK weather without travelling halfway around the world.
Warm winter destinations
The Canary Islands rank among the warmest destinations for late-year sunshine, with Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura usually seeing temperatures of around 20-22°C, while flights from the UK last approximately four to four-and-a-half hours. Cyprus is marginally cooler, with typical winter highs of 17-19°C and flights lasting around four-and-a-half hours.
Booking outside peak summer can help money go further, with TUI offering everything from family-friendly resorts to relaxing sunshine escapes.
TUI BLUE Atlantic Hills, Tenerife
For an adults-only escape, TUI BLUE Atlantic Hills in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, is set amid the lush greenery of Taoro Park.
