CABÜ, a luxury cabin resort brand, is set to open a £24 million retreat in the Cotswolds in 2027, promising to rival the likes of Soho Farmhouse. The new location in Langley, Oxfordshire, will feature 50 eco-conscious timber cabins, a swimming pool, spa facilities, and multiple dining options.
Location and Development
The resort is being built on a former engineering complex, which has been renovated and repurposed. According to the company, existing buildings on the former radio transmission site have been carefully refurbished 'wherever possible'. Construction reportedly began in March 2026.
Langley is a small hamlet but is close to popular Cotswolds tourist spots, making it an ideal base for visitors. The area already attracts over 300,000 tourists annually to places like Castle Combe, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Bibury, a trend that may continue with this new development.
Cabin Features and Amenities
The cabins, ranging from one to three bedrooms, are fully furnished with kitchens equipped with pots, pans, glasses, and cutlery. Each cabin also includes books, treats, and games. On-site amenities will include a country shop, restaurant, two bars, an events space, and several social spaces.
Guests can enjoy an indoor swimming pool surrounded by large windows, luxurious loungers, spa facilities, hot tubs, and saunas. The design follows CABÜ's signature aesthetic, which combines modern luxury with sustainable principles.
Pricing and Popularity
While official prices for the Cotswolds location have not been disclosed, they are expected to mirror other CABÜ resorts. At the Kent location, a two-night stay in October costs £575, rising to £595 with a private hot tub. The most premium option, a two-bedroom beach house with a covered terrace and hot tub, is £895 for two nights.
CABÜ already operates two other resorts in Kent and Ireland, which have received positive reviews from influencers. One TikTok creator described the experience as 'dreamiest' and 'so needed', while another called it an 'underhyped luxury cabin getaway'.
