Tesco has expanded its popular meal deal to include iced drinks from Costa Express machines, effective from Tuesday, July 21, 2026, across all UK stores. The move adds to over 20 million possible combinations already available in the supermarket's standard and premium tiers.
New Iced Drink Options
Customers can now choose from 16 iced beverages as part of the £3.85 Clubcard deal, including lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, and fruit-infused options. Tesco stated: "Previously, only hot drinks from the machines have been included in the offer. Now coffee lovers can get their fix all year round with the option of an iced drink for summer sipping."
The full list of eligible drinks includes Regular Iced Latte (normally £3.20), Regular Iced Vanilla Latte (£3.60), Regular Iced Cappuccino (£3.20), Regular Iced Chocolate (£3.40), Regular Iced Mocha (£3.50), Regular Iced Black Americano (£2.90), Regular Iced White Americano (£2.90), and fruit options like Mandarin and Chai Over Ice (£2.75), Strawberry and Lime Over Ice (£2.75), and Mango and Passionfruit Over Ice (£2.75). Flavoured and syrup variants are also included, with prices up to £3.90.
Value and Availability
By bundling an iced drink with a main and a snack, the cost drops to just £1.29 per drink with a Clubcard, compared to standalone prices nearing £4. The standard meal deal costs £3.85 with a Clubcard and £4.25 without. Tesco operates over 2,800 Costa Express machines across large stores, Express locations, and petrol stations nationwide.
Customers can find their nearest machine via Costa Coffee's website, filtering for iced options as not all machines support them. Tesco also reminded shoppers that stores with ice cream freezers allow swapping the snack element for frozen treats like Cornetto, Magnum, or Solero. "The coolest of customers could therefore grab an iced drink, ice cream, and a main for only £3.85 with a Clubcard," the supermarket added.
