Paragon Brands has taken on full UK distribution of Irish whisky liqueur brand Shanky's Whip, covering retail, convenience, wholesale and cash and carry channels. The partnership begins in November 2026 and will make the premium liqueur available exclusively to the UK convenience retail sector through the independent drinks business.
Expanding the brand's UK footprint
Shanky's Whip combines Irish whiskey with vanilla and caramel flavours, positioned between Irish whiskey and liqueur, and is marketed as an unconventional twist on traditional Irish drinks, shots, shooters and cocktails. The brand launched in 2021 and has reached around 130,000 nine-litre cases per year.

Shanky's Whip (33% abv) is available in 20ml, 50ml, 350ml, 500ml, 700ml, 1 litre and 1.75 litre bottles, a 100ml can, and 350ml and 700ml bottles in branded gift packs with mini glasses.
