Papa Johns has expanded its sourdough pizza range with four new flavours, all available nationwide for £15 following the success of the original menu. The pizza chain launched its sourdough range in April and is now adding Salami & Pepperoni, Mediterranean, Italian Beef and Chicken & Pepperoni.
All four pizzas are made using Papa Johns' signature sourdough base, crafted with a real, aged sourdough culture and naturally fermented for up to 200 hours. The lengthy process is designed to give the dough a light, airy texture, a subtle fermented tang and a crisp, golden crust.
Details of the new sourdough flavours
The Salami & Pepperoni pizza features vine-ripened tomato sauce, Fior di Latte, signature pepperoni and authentic Italian fennel salami. For a lighter option, the Mediterranean combines tomato and white garlic sauces with Fior di Latte, green peppers, white onions, diced tomatoes and sliced black olives, finished with Italian seasoning.
The Italian Beef brings together seasoned beef, chestnut mushrooms and white onions, topped with a drizzle of pizza sauce. The Chicken & Pepperoni option combines grilled chicken and signature pepperoni with tomato sauce and Fior di Latte, finished with Italian seasoning.
Response to the sourdough range
Rebecca Carroll, UK Marketing Director at Papa Johns, said the company had been pleased with the response to the original sourdough range. "We've been incredibly pleased with the response to our Sourdough range since its launch in April, and wanted to build on that momentum by giving customers even more ways to enjoy it," she said.

Our sourdough may take 200 hours to make, but we're confident these new flavours will be snapped up in minutes!"
Availability and ordering
The expanded range is available nationwide from Tuesday, November 3, with any sourdough pizza costing £15. Customers can order through Papa Johns stores, its website and app, or delivery partners.
