Harvey Elliott - £30m
Harvey Elliott appears the most likely sale this summer. The 23-year-old spent an underwhelming loan at Aston Villa last season but retains a valuation of around £30 million. He is currently in pre-season trying to convince new manager Andoni Iraola to keep him, but Sunderland and Leeds are reportedly interested if he is deemed surplus.
Cody Gakpo - £60m
Liverpool have reportedly warded off suitors for Cody Gakpo, but a tempting offer could change that. The Dutchman's output dropped last season amid competition from Hugo Ekitike, Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz. At 27, selling him now may make sense, though Ekitike's injury could make the Reds hesitant without a mammoth bid.
Curtis Jones - £35m
Curtis Jones' 16-year association with Liverpool may be ending. He has entered the final 12 months of his contract, with Inter Milan interested. The Nerazzurri have lodged a second bid of £21.7 million, but Liverpool value him at £35 million. Jones may push for an exit if Iraola cannot guarantee a prominent role.
Federico Chiesa - £12.5m
Federico Chiesa could be sold to free up a non-homegrown slot. Liverpool can register only one more senior non-homegrown player before hitting the limit of 17. The Italian has been linked with several Serie A clubs, including Bologna. Iraola will give him a chance in pre-season, but moving him on may help accommodate a Salah replacement.
Alexis Mac Allister - £80m
Alexis Mac Allister is the least likely departure, but Real Madrid's interest could change that. The 27-year-old has been touted for a move to the Spanish capital throughout 2026. Transfermarkt values him at £60 million, but Liverpool would demand more, especially as he enters the final two years of his contract. If he does not extend, the Reds may cash in now.
