Lidl has confirmed it will launch its "biggest ever" Black Friday event next week, with deals landing in its 'Middle of Lidl' section on Thursday, November 12.
While Black Friday is officially set for November 27, many retailers launch their own promotions in advance. For fans of the German discounter, the sale will include cold weather essentials and home must-haves.
Key Deals in the Middle Aisle
One standout is the Black+Decker 12L Smart Dehumidifier, on offer for £79.99, down from £119. A same-size gadget from Dunelm costs £120, making it over £40 dearer than Lidl's price.
As the weather gets colder, these devices have become a must for homes looking to tackle damp, mould and condensation. With four modes to choose from, this middle aisle buy can do everything from drying clothes faster to freshening the air in select rooms.
It comes equipped with adjustable humidity levels, a 24-hour auto shut-off timer, built-in anti-frost protection and a child lock. When using the Black+Decker app, settings can be adjusted when you are out and about.
Heating and Comfort Items
Another item arriving in time for the cold snap is the Silentnight Snugsie USB Heated Oversized Hoodie, priced at £17.99. Dubbed "the ultimate cosy companion", it boasts a one-size-fits-all design with a soft teddy boucle outer and snuggly sherpa lining, plus a cosy foot pocket.
It features a USB-powered heating panel with three heat settings. With three evenly distributed heat zones, it ensures full body warmth.
Lidl's Black Friday event will also slash the cost of the Silentnight Luxury Heated Throw from its original £44.99 to £24.99, saving £20 off the RRP. Crafted from super soft fleece, this 100W blanket offers nine heat settings and a fast heat-up time. Said to cost from just "1p-per-hour", it suits those trying to "heat the human not the home" to save money.
Another Silentnight item set to land on shelves is the Hotel Collection Electric Blanket, said to provide "an indulgent experience". Another one-pence-per-hour device, it boasts three heat settings and a pinsonic microfleece.
Tech and Other Bargains
For tech fans, the Soundcore Noise Cancelling Earbuds are priced at £34.99. Offering 12 hours of playback, or 192 with the charging case, they use adaptive noise cancelling and 11mm drivers for "immersive sound", plus AI noise reduction and six mics for clear call quality.
Other highlights include 'hotel style' bedding, cleaning essentials and DIY gadgets from Lidl's bestselling Parkside range.
The full list of deals includes the Silentnight boutique hotel box pillow at £7.99, 20cm megastone frying pan at £7.99, 24cm at £9.99, 28cm at £11.99, Silentnight calming sofa protector pet bed at £17.99 (down from £33), Silentnight hotel collection supreme mattress topper king at £34.99, Parkside 20V cordless driver starter set at £39.99, Silentnight luxury high rise airbed at £39.99, Russell Hobbs 17L stainless steel microwave at £44.99, Parkside 20V cordless angle grinder starter at £44.99, Parkside socket set of 216 pieces at £49.99, Parkside performance 12V cordless drill driver and impact screwdriver starter set at £49.99, and the GTECH AirRam MK2 cordless vacuum at £119 (down from £179.99).
