Home Bargains is offering a PIFCO heated clothes airer for £34.99, a device that money-saving experts have praised as an alternative to using a tumble dryer this winter.
Compact design and capacity
The appliance features 20 heated bars and can hold up to 15kg of laundry. Home Bargains describes it as "compact and efficient" for indoor drying.
Its lightweight frame and compact design offer easy storage and portability.
Running costs compared
The 230W airer costs about 6p per hour to run, based on current energy price cap rates. This compares with an estimated 65p to 85p per hour for a tumble dryer.
Investing in a cover (sold separately) for a heated airer can improve drying time and quality by trapping heat around the clothes for longer.
Shoppers can find the deal online or in selected stores.
