EE is offering a rare saving of £25 on the PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Edition Console, bringing the price down to £594.99, and including a £100 PS Gift Card to pre-order Grand Theft Auto VI.
The deal comes as Black Friday approaches, with the event falling on November 27 this year. Sony raised the price of all its consoles by nearly £100 earlier in the year, which may affect how low deals drop.
What the EE PS5 bundle includes
The PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Edition Console is available for a one-off payment of £594.99, or from £44.58 monthly for 12 months, through EE. The offer runs until November 30. Gamers can also add a PlayStation DualSense Wireless Controller to the bundle for £646.98 overall, saving £38.
The £100 PS Gift Card can be used to pre-order Grand Theft Auto VI, which is officially released on November 19. The Ultimate Edition is available to pre-order on the PlayStation Store for £89.99, while the standard edition costs £69.99. GTA VI arrives after a 13-year wait, allowing PS5 players to return to Vice City.
Console features and other options
The PlayStation 5 Digital Edition features a powerful SSD storage system that ensures quick load times and smooth, high frame rate gameplay. The digital version does not include a disc drive and can only play games downloaded from the PlayStation Store or through other digital platforms. The standard version includes a disc drive, though game discs are being phased out by January 2028, according to reports.
Elsewhere, Argos has the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition with Two DualSense Wireless Controllers Bundle for £559.99. The 825GB console comes with two wireless controllers with sensory features. PlayStation also offers a refurbished PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Edition Console for £429.99, refurbished by Sony.
