Argos Black Friday 2026: tech, toys and beauty deals teased

Argos has given shoppers a preview of its Black Friday 2026 offers, with price drops expected on technology, toys, beauty and homeware when the sales event begins. Black Friday falls on Friday, November 27, and the retailer has already launched a dedicated page for the event, advising customers to create an account in advance so they can build a wish list and shop the deals as soon as they go live.

Tech and toys expected to lead the offers

Argos has said it anticipates tech deals to be particularly sought-after this Black Friday. These are likely to include smart TV offers, with the retailer stocking brands such as LG, Bush, Hisense and Toshiba, as well as price drops on wireless headphones and smart watches from the likes of Apple, Beats, Huawei and Samsung.

Toys are expected to be another popular section as families hunt for Christmas gifts. Argos has highlighted the PlayStation 5 and the Nintendo Switch 2 as two bestsellers that tend to see their prices reduced or included in money-saving bundles for Black Friday.

The retailer added: "Our baby dolls and action figures are also super popular during the Black Friday sale so make sure you add your little one’s favourite to your shopping list. If you've been eyeing some board games, our Black Friday sale will have exciting deals on some of the top-rated games. And if you're willing to expand your LEGO collection, this is the time to grab some of the most-wanted sets from the popular brand."

Beauty and early deals to shop now

Argos has also teased "incredible discounts" on beauty products, including hair styling essentials like straighteners, curlers and dryers from brands such as Cloud Nine, Shark, BaByliss and Remington. Shoppers will be "spoiled for choice" on practical buys such as electric toothbrushes, with favourites including Philips Sonicare and Oral-B's range.

Ahead of the main sale, early offers are already available in the Top 100 Deals section. These include the Armani Exchange Men's Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch Set at half price, now £100, and the Moon & Back Heart Locket, also with 50% off at £32.50. Selected kids' toys are available at two for £15, including a Play-Doh Super Colour Kit, a Mega Bloks Big Building Bag, a Chad Valley Wooden Shape Sorter and a Bluey Interactive Book Set, each priced at £10 individually.

In tech, the Samsung 58 Inch Smart 4K Crystal TV is on offer at £379, and the Philips Full Auto Expresso Coffee Machine is reduced to £499, down from £669.99.

Other high street sales and shopping tips

Shoppers planning to browse the high street will have more options. Dunelm is expected to launch thousands of price drops in 2026, having offered up to 75% off bedding, rugs, cushions and blankets last year, and is currently running its Autumn Event sale until November 2. Boots has already launched more than 3,000 offers across skincare, makeup, fragrance and healthcare, with its Star Gifts range featuring half-price or less gift sets and perfumes from brands such as No7, Marc Jacobs, Giorgio Armani and Fenty Beauty.

Department stores including Fenwick, Debenhams and Selfridges often have hefty discounts on designer brands on Black Friday. MoneySavingExpert has previously advised: "If you can't get the item you want discounted via the brand's own sale, see if it's on offer at a department store."

Consumer experts at Which? shared last Black Friday that when they investigated the deals of the previous year, they found that 93% had already been available for the same price or less within the previous six months. Online price tracking tools such as CamelCamelCamel and PriceRunner can help check a product's price history, while cashback sites like TopCashback can offer additional savings, including a sign-up offer of £15 cashback on the first spend of £15 or more for new customers.
