North Tyneside planning: offices, workshop and 430 homes

Recent planning applications in North Tyneside include new office spaces, a vehicle workshop, and hundreds of newly approved homes. The developments span North Shields, Wallsend, Cullercoats and Annitsford.

Office conversions and a car workshop

The Tynemouth District Scouts Centre on Norfolk Street in North Shields is set to change use from the district scout council HQ to offices. In Camperdown, the flat above the Travellers Rest on Front Street will be converted from a two-bedroom flat into five small office spaces.

At Deltic House on Kingfisher Way in the Silverlink Industrial Park, Wallsend, a partial change of use will see the ground floor altered from office space to a vehicle workshop. In Cullercoats, 60 Beverley Terrace will change from three self-contained flats into a single dwelling house, with two-storey and single-storey rear extensions and a detached storage garage within the rear yard.
