Skipton Building Society launches £540,000 prize draw

Skipton Building Society is launching a new prize draw with hundreds of thousands of pounds up for grabs for eligible members. The Members' Draw will run from October 1, 2026, to September 1, 2027, with eight prizes awarded each month.

Prize structure and eligibility

Each month, eligible members could win: 1 x £25,000 prize, 2 x £10,000 prizes, and 5 x £1,000 prizes. In total, £540,000 will be awarded to members over the course of the draw. Eight prizes worth around £45,000 will be up for grabs every month.

To be eligible for the Members' Draw, members must be aged 18 or over, resident in Great Britain, and hold either a Skipton savings account with at least £100 saved or a Skipton mortgage with at least £100 outstanding. Eligibility will be assessed ahead of each monthly draw, with qualifying members automatically entered unless they choose to opt out.

Rewarding loyalty

Skipton's members will receive between one and five entries into each draw based on the length of their continuous membership, rewarding longstanding members with additional chances to win.

Nick Mortimer, chief marketing officer at Skipton Building Society, said: "As a mutual, our members are at the heart of everything we do, so we're always looking for meaningful ways to recognise and reward the people who choose to save and borrow with us. That's why we're delighted to launch the Members' Draw, giving eligible members the chance to win cash prizes every month."

Mortimer added: "Whether someone has recently joined Skipton or has been with us for many years, the Members' Draw is another way we're rewarding our savings and mortgage members while helping them build brighter financial futures. We're particularly pleased that longstanding members will benefit from additional entries, recognising the loyalty they've shown to us over time."
