The National Lottery Lotto jackpot of £12.1 million went unclaimed in the draw on February 11, despite being a quadruple rollover. The winning numbers were 5, 11, 28, 30, 47, 53, with bonus ball 52. No ticket matched all six main numbers.
However, 934,390 players won £5 plus a free Lucky Dip for matching two main numbers. Additionally, 104,132 players who matched three numbers received £91 each, an increase from the usual £30 due to a rolldown. Andy Carter, senior winners' advisor at Allwyn, said the prize money was shared among winners as no one claimed the jackpot.
In the Thunderball draw, the winning numbers were 20, 21, 24, 36, 39, with Thunderball 3. No one matched all five numbers plus the Thunderball to win the £500,000 top prize. However, 11 players won £250 each for matching four numbers plus the Thunderball.
Carter also highlighted that each week, National Lottery players generate around £32 million for funded projects across the UK.
