The National Lottery has created three new millionaires in Saturday’s £11.8 million “must be won” draw, despite no ticket-holder matching all six main numbers. Three players matched five numbers and the bonus ball to win £1,042,922 each.
The winning Lotto numbers were 07, 14, 20, 29, 38 and 49, with the bonus number 42. Set of balls 10 and draw machine Lancelot were used. Wednesday’s lottery jackpot will be an estimated £2 million.
In the Lotto HotPicks draw, no players matched all five numbers, but 14 tickets matched four numbers to claim £13,000 each. The winning Thunderball numbers were 18, 20, 24, 26 and 33, with the Thunderball 14. No-one scooped the £500,000 top prize, but two players won £5,000 each for matching five numbers.
