Role Details
The successful candidate will play a key role in "communicating No10 North's mission to drive growth in every postcode across the UK," and will report directly to the director of news. No10 North is a regional branch of the UK Prime Minister's Office operating out of Heron House in central Manchester. It was established in July 2026 after Mr Burnham became Britain's new PM, as part of his devolution agenda, to move political and economic decision-making power out of London.
Requirements and Application
The role holder will need "outstanding communications and news judgement" and strong relationships with national and regional media outlets.
