While Ms Leavitt highlighted the clip as a heartfelt and compassionate gesture, many social media users instead focused on the appearance of Trump's clothing in the video, sparking speculation and ridicule regarding his age and health.

Mr Reiner argued that Trump “has not looked well,” pointing to what he described as visible symptoms and several instances in which the president appeared to have difficulty staying awake in public.
He also noted that Trump had reportedly undergone advanced medical imaging for reasons that have not been publicly explained, raising questions about his overall condition. According to the expert, the lack of clear information has left the public uncertain and wondering whether the nation’s leader is in good health.
