Emergency services attended a property on Watson Street in Eccles, Salford, on Tuesday 11 August after a fire broke out in the back garden. Three fire engines and an enhanced rescue unit were dispatched to the scene.
Fire in back garden shed
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) arrived at around 3pm to tackle the blaze, which involved a shed in the back garden of a property. Photos from the scene showed multiple fire units in attendance, along with what appeared to be unmarked police cars on Cromwell Road nearby.
Equipment used to extinguish
A spokesperson for the service said: "Just before 3.30pm on Tuesday 11 August, three fire engines from Sale and Salford along with an enhanced rescue unit from Leigh attended a fire on Watson Street, Eccles. The fire involved a shed in the back garden of a property. Crews used specialist equipment to extinguish the fire and currently remain at the scene."
Crews remained at the scene following the incident.
