New £293 queer cruise set to sail around Bahamas in October

RU5H, a sex-progressive, kink-positive travel brand for gay, bi, and pan men, is launching its first cruise, setting sail around the Bahamas in October 2026. Tickets start at £293, and the voyage promises nonstop parties, world-renowned DJs, and gay adult entertainers.

What to expect on board

The cruise is designed for men and male-identifying guests seeking more than a traditional holiday. Patrick Gunn, co-founder and CMO of RU5H, told Out Magazine he wanted to 'bring together the energy of the world’s most exciting queer festivals, nightlife destinations, and lifestyle communities and combine it with the comfort, hospitality, and ease of a full-ship cruise.'

Guests can transition from daytime pool gatherings to late-night parties. Friday starts with the DWORLD Underwear Party, followed by a queer rave and a techno-heavy after-hours party. The itinerary also includes themed events, meetups, and curated Experience Zones where passengers can participate in role-play or live out consensual fantasies. DJs will come from scenes including New York, Los Angeles, Austin, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Fire Island.

Consent and clothing rules

Consent is central to the cruise, which features clothing-optional upper decks. RU5H is built on values of mutual respect and zero judgment. However, the ship, named Paradise and owned by Margaritaville at Sea, requires all guests to wear clothes to dinner; swimsuits, bikinis, and bare chests are not permitted in dining areas.

Route and pricing

The cruise departs October 2, 2026, from Palm Beach, Florida, and docks on October 5 after sailing around the Bahamas. Tickets start from $397 (£293) for Interior Quad Staterooms, $697 (£515) for Interior Staterooms, and $997 (£737) per person for Solo Staterooms.
