A man identifying himself as Noah has claimed in a video on conspiracy theory YouTube channel ApexTV that artificial intelligence will completely control a single world government, and that governments will confirm alien life and time travel technology in 2028.
Claims of AI-Controlled Government
Noah said: "Artificial intelligence completely controls the government. Government officials you see only makeup around 10 percent of the government. The rest is worked by 90 percent AI." He also predicted that globalism would surpass nationalism in popularity.
Alien Encounters and Unity
Noah claimed that encountering aliens will make humans more aware of their identity as a species and aid in the dissolution of the current state system. He said: "Aliens make us more united. Now that there is intelligent life living amongst us we consider ourselves people that live on Earth. We consider the whole world one giant country."
As such, the human race will accept a single world government, controlled by AI, and a global currency, accompanied by a single flag representing the human race, depicting several rings linked together. Noah emphasised that in 2028 "we become peaceful with aliens" who start to cohabit with the human race.
Future Library Pages and Skepticism
Noah displayed what he claimed were library pages from the future to back up his claims. The pages suggest President Trump will secure re-election in 2020, and that in 2029 technology will be unveiled enabling humans to artificially enhance their brains.
However, several YouTube commentators expressed doubt over Noah's assertions. One said: "How are these library pages? Its printed paper. I could type this and print it." Another added: "Please stop giving this fraud airtime Apex. His 15 minutes of fame was up 20 minutes ago."
