A self-proclaimed time-traveller from 2030, known as Noah, has made bold predictions about the future of the Philippines, including a claim that brain chips will be implanted in as many people as possible.
Noah's identity was concealed with a blurred face and distorted voice during his appearance on the conspiracy theory YouTube channel ApexTV. Despite never having visited the Philippines in the future, he claims to have spoken with "many" people who have.
Brain chip implants by 2030
Among his most audacious claims is that by 2030, the Philippines will attempt to implant brain chips in everyone. Noah stated: "In 2030, the Philippines just started a decision to actually implement brain chips into as many people as possible."
However, he clarified that these chips would not be mandatory. He explained: "You can obviously say 'no' to this and they won't give it to you at all. But they're trying to give it to as many people as humanly possible."
Potential benefits and scepticism
The alleged time-traveller also suggested that this new technology could greatly benefit society. Noah exclaimed: "It helps so much! One big reason is if you were ever rushed to the hospital, they could easily find all the information on you and it has saved so many likes, like in the millions."
Many viewers responded positively to Noah's extraordinary claims in the video comments. However, not everyone was convinced. One sceptical viewer questioned: "Apex. Will you tell us if the person on here who is claiming to be Noah really is Noah. Or is it someone making fools out of your subscribers."
Another user said: "If he can really time travel then tell Noah to do the same and record that. It would definitely shut everybody's mouth."
