Standard Sport has previously reported that Chelsea are not actively looking to sell the 26-year-old this summer. He has featured prominently in pre-season since returning from his post-World Cup break.

Chelsea's valuation of Neto has been influenced by the inflated winger market elsewhere in the European transfer market this summer. He has been linked with Al Hilal and also with Manchester City and Tottenham earlier this summer.
