Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique issued a spiky response as he sidestepped questions over Liverpool transfer targets Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye. The duo were named in the travelling party for their Trophee des Champions clash with Lens, however, both were left in the cold for the 20-man squad.
Barcola a Priority for Liverpool
The Reds have made Barcola a priority signing this summer, with talks taking place over a deal. The French international is said to be keen on a move to Merseyside after finding playing time hard to come by in the French capital.
Enrique's Response
After PSG's 1-0 defeat, Enrique failed to be drawn on transfer speculation. He said: "I'll talk about the transfer window when it's closed. Not before and not after. Since it's almost over, I'll talk about everything."
He was then asked whether Mbaye and Barcola would leave the club, he replied: "Thank you, goodbye."
