Wales Women's upcoming WXV matches will be shown live on BBC One, while England's fixtures have been relegated to iPlayer.
Sean Lynn's side face South Africa and the United States in two games in Cardiff later this month, as part of the 2026 WXV Global Series. The tournament sees 12 nations from around the world face off in a home-and-away cross-regional touring competition, with Wales looking to break their poor run of results and seal a first Test victory in over a year.

Both games, which are being held on September 18 and 26 respectively, will be shown live on BBC One Wales, BBC iPlayer, BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Cymru, as well as the BBC Sport website and app.

"Their commitment and support come at a hugely important moment for the women's game, helping us bring Welsh rugby to more audiences and inspire the next generation of players and supporters.
"Women's rugby is the fastest-growing area of the professional game, and in Wales we're seeing tangible progress, from profitable and sustainable international fixtures to generating more than £1m in commercial income last year, and growing, through our partnerships with the likes of Vodafone and in ticket sales."
Carolyn Hitt, Head of BBC Radio Wales and BBC Cymru Wales Sport, added: "I'm delighted that BBC Wales will be the host broadcaster for the Vodafone Wales WXV Series. England matches moved to iPlayer
However, as it stands, England Women's upcoming international matches against Australia, Canada and New Zealand will not be shown on a mainstream BBC channel despite generating record viewership at last year's Women's Rugby World Cup.
The Red Roses regularly attract record audiences to the broadcaster's coverage of women's rugby, with a peak viewership of 5.8 million tuning in to watch their victory over Canada in last year's World Cup final.
However, one year on from that historic tournament, the team's upcoming WXV campaign will not be available to watch on a terrestrial network.
Instead, the BBC's coverage of the World Cup winners has been relegated to iPlayer, with the RFU also broadcasting matches on its YouTube channel using the same feed. This Saturday, BBC Two will show Lawrence of Arabia before introducing its coverage of the World Athletics Ultimate Championship.
It comes amid a series of popular sporting programmes being axed by the broadcaster, with Football Focus, Ski Sunday and its Women's Super League highlights show among those to be scrapped.
Asked about the situation, England captain Meg Jones said: "We always want to showcase the game in whatever capacity it is.
"Freeview channels are always the best option for us, particularly the women's game. Do I want to see more of that? Yes, 100 per cent. Is that something we can keep pushing? Yes, definitely. We're entertainers and the more we do that the more eyes we get on us."
