Nearly 1,000 people attended the UK's largest swingers festival, Swingathon, held last weekend in the village of Allington, Lincolnshire. The event, now in its fifth year, is organised by alternative lifestyle coach Baby K, who described it as an 'explosion of freedom, fun and frolicking'.
Baby K, a festival coordinator and art designer for the past three years, explained that the event is often misunderstood. 'Swinging covers many areas, some people play, some don't,' she said. 'The art of swinging is communication.' The festival requires all attendees to be verified as active participants in the lifestyle, using apps like Pineapple Lifestyle or verification from club owners.
Security was tight, with some outsiders attempting to gain entry but being dealt with 'swiftly and professionally'. Activities included naked ice breakers, naughty karaoke, and 'butt plug bingo', with prizes including cool butt plugs. Other games like Gush Bucket, Cum Run, and Nibble My Ring were described as traditional party games with a naughty twist.
DJ Hannah Rack organised a 40-person orgy, and there were also naked body painting, rope tying demonstrations, erotic workshops, and holistic approaches to sex and relationships. Baby K emphasised that the festival is a safe space for ethical non-monogamy, kinks, fetishes, and the LGBTQ+ community.
