Livramento is not the only fitness worry for England. Bukayo Saka arrived at camp with a niggle and may miss the opener against Croatia. Saka stated: "I don't want to say anything against the manager. But between Mikel Arteta, Arsenal's medical team, and England's medical team, since March they have managed me amazingly. I am feeling better than I have for months. I am ready to go."
Saka added: "As players, it's the biggest gamble, especially if you're not feeling sharp. You have the choice not to play or put yourself out there knowing people will judge you. At the end of the day, people expect you to deliver. I'm happy to take the gamble. It paid off, and I'm feeling a lot better now."
