Matthias Jaissle takes charge of his first Newcastle United match this evening as the Magpies take on Valencia in a pre-season friendly at the famous Mestalla Stadium.
United have spent the week training at the famous La Manga complex in Spain, and tonight's game caps their time abroad, before they head back to the UK to complete their preparations.

Lewis Hall and Fabian Schar will not feature this evening, with the pair having returned to the UK as they were not set to play. Tino Livramento is not involved, while Lewis Miley could play a role after returning to training.
New signings Aladji Bamba, Bazoumana Toure and Lukas Hornicek are expected to feature for the first time, while Nick Woltemade, Yoane Wissa and Malick Thiaw should also make their debuts. Joelinton, who is yet to play in pre-season, is also set to appear.
