Celtic remain hopeful of landing Haissem Hassan this week, but have been priced out of a move for Fares Ghedjemis.

The Hoops are keen to conclude a move for the Real Oviedo winger ahead of next week's Champions League play-off with LASK.
Martin O'Neill has until Thursday to submit his initial 25-man squad for the £40million showdown. But Celtic also have until Tuesday, August 18 to register two additional players for the two-legged tie.
Hassan, 24, is keen to finalise his switch to Parkhead despite interest from elsewhere. As Record Sport revealed last week, the ex-Villarreal star could join for an initial £6m with add-ons.
Hassan has a £10m release clause with Real Oviedo but is in the final year of his contract with the LaLiga 2 outfit.
Ghedjemis Move Stalls
Meanwhile, a potential swoop for long-term target Ghedjemis looks dead in the water after Italian club Frosinone slapped an £18m price tag on the Algerian.
Ghedjemis - who came close to joining Celtic in January - was Serie B's Player of the Season after netting 15 goals last term.
Gaffer O'Neill recently confirmed the Parkhead side retained a "strong interest" in the 23-year-old, while Rangers are believed to have had a bid turfed out. French giants Monaco reportedly made a £6m offer for Ghedjemis last week, plus add-ons, but it was nowhere near Frosinone's valuation.
And after securing promotion to the Italian top-flight, Frosinone are demanding big money for a player they paid French club Rouen just £200,000 for two years ago.
Other Targets
Elsewhere, Celtic haven't given up hope of signing German Under-21 midfielder Mika Baur. The Scottish champions have already thrashed out personal terms with the 22-year-old but Paderborn are playing hardball over his fee.
Baur is out of contract next summer but newly-promoted Bundesliga side Paderborn would rather lose him for nothing than let the playmaker leave this summer.
A left-back is also high on O'Neill's wanted list but the Hoops will have to beat off interest from Malaga and Burnley if they want to re-sign Greg Taylor. However, Celtic won't be following up their initial interest in AEK Athens defender James Penrice - who could now move to Ibrox on loan.
Reports in Spain last week claimed the Hoops had tabled a £4m offer for Las Palmas keeper Dinko Horkas. But club president Miguel Ramirez has since clarified that was not the case. Record Sport previously told how the Croatian shotstopper was not on Celtic's radar this summer.
