Sir David Beckham has demonstrated his chivalrous nature by rushing to assist a stranger who fell and hit her head while skiing in Courchevel, France. The 50-year-old former Manchester United star was on holiday with his daughter Harper when he witnessed the incident.
According to reports, Beckham quickly removed the woman's skis and checked on her well-being. A source told The Sun: 'David saw the woman hit her head and was worried about her. He took her skis off and made sure she was okay – he was a true gentleman.'
The incident occurred at the exclusive Courchevel resort, which has also been visited by Prince William and Princess Kate. Beckham, who took up snowboarding after retiring in 2013, was accompanied by a ski guide who also received praise for his response.
This act of kindness comes after Beckham received his knighthood last year. The Beckhams have been regular visitors to Courchevel, though this was their first ski trip since son Brooklyn reportedly cut ties with the family.
