French police raided Conor McGregor's £3 million yacht in Calvi on September 7, following allegations that he exposed himself to a young married woman. The incident allegedly occurred on September 6 in the upmarket port town.
McGregor was on board with his fiancée Dee Devlin, his mother Margaret, and his two young children, aged three and one, when officers arrived. He was later taken to the local gendarmerie for questioning by an examining magistrate and judicial police.
The 32-year-old Irishman was released without charge, but the criminal case remains active. He could be summoned before a magistrate later this week. Routine physical tests were carried out, with results expected after the weekend.
The alleged victim claims McGregor showed off his manhood and then assaulted her after a heavy drinking session. A witness reported that McGregor, accompanied by bodyguards, allegedly exhibited his private parts to the woman without her consent as she entered a bar toilet.
McGregor's lawyer, Emmanuelle Ramon, stated that his client "vigorously denied any wrongdoing" and was released before the legal end of police custody without any judicial review. Manager Audie Attar warned that McGregor "is not and will not be a target for those seeking to score a headline or a payday."
