Domino's Driver Suspended After Urinating on Customer's House

A Domino's pizza delivery driver has been suspended after being caught on CCTV urinating on a customer's house in Penarth, near Cardiff.

Robin Smith, 43, had ordered a pizza from Domino's in Cardiff Bay on Saturday evening. While eating his meal, he received notifications from his home CCTV system and was shocked to see the driver returning to his property and appearing to urinate on the side wall of his house.

Mr Smith said he was disgusted and would have gladly let the driver use his toilet if he had asked. He also raised concerns about hygiene, questioning whether the driver washed his hands before handling other deliveries.

A Domino's spokesperson said: 'This is clearly wholly unacceptable behaviour and the driver in question has been suspended pending an investigation. We have apologised unreservedly to Mr Smith and offered to clean his exterior wall, in addition to providing some compensation as a goodwill gesture, both of which he has accepted.'
