Rupert Lowe took to X on Sunday morning to make his offer public. "The Greater Manchester result showed what Restore Britain can deliver," the Restore Britain leader wrote. "The next step is how we maximise the chances of delivering the change Britain needs - it means putting personal differences aside. That is why today I am making a public offer to Nigel Farage and Reform UK."
In a video accompanying the post, Mr Lowe said Restore and Reform agree on "many issues" and disagree on others, but he is "hopeful that a common way forward can be found and forged".
Five conditions for cooperation
Mr Lowe, who left Reform UK in March 2025, said the first condition is "restoring our borders". He said: "Ending mass immigratiion is not enough. The hour is just too late for that. It must be reversed." He added: "Every illegal migrant must be deported."
Secondly, the parties must agree to restore Britain's "demographic security", suggesting that white Britons will become a minority later this century. "Restore Britain has committed to reversing the Islamification of Britain, and that will not change," he said.
He also called for agreement on banning halal and kosher slaughter, cousin marriage, the burka, "mass dominating public Islamic prayer" and "sharia courts". In addition, the recommendations from his party's inquiry into "rape gangs" must be implemented.
Death penalty and self-sufficiency
Thirdly, Mr Lowe said the two men must agree to a referendum on restoring the death penalty. Fourthly, the parties must commit to "restoring a self-sufficient Britain" by cutting welfare costs so the country can defend, feed and power itself while bringing inflation "under control".
Finally, he said an agreement must be reached on "restoring the country's faith in politics". Former Conservative ministers must not be part of any future Cabinet, he demanded. "They had their chance and they failed us all," Mr Lowe said. "That must not be rewarded with a second opportunity."
