Quadruple amputee cornhole pro had 'dark side', ex-girlfriend claims

Tori Mattingly, who says she was in a relationship with quadruple-amputee cornhole champion Dayton Webber, has alleged he had 'a dark side' and would 'lash out' at her. Webber is accused of murdering Bradrick Wells, whom Mattingly also dated after splitting from Webber in February 2025.

Mattingly told TMZ she was not surprised by the murder charge, saying she saw 'the anger, the control, the abuse' during their four-year relationship. She shared a video from 2024 showing Webber shouting at her to leave his property.

Webber is charged with murder, assault and firearm offences after allegedly shooting Wells twice in the head during an argument in his car on 22 March in Charles County, Maryland. Police found Wells's body in a yard, and Webber was arrested at a hospital in Virginia.

Webber lost his limbs as an infant due to a bacterial infection but became a champion cornhole player. His former doubles partner expressed surprise at the allegations, saying 'if the allegations are true he's made some terrible decisions.'
