The Prince of Wales joined forces with Ross Kemp, star of the BBC show The Traitors, for a day of engagements in Somerset focused on how local communities are coming together in the face of extreme weather events.
Prince William, who proved to be a fan of the hit BBC show, posed with Mr Kemp for a photo opportunity as he kicked off his busy day. Mr Kemp is currently appearing on the show, where during the first two episodes of the latest series he became convinced he was being targeted by fellow contestants and being 'murdered' in plain sight.
New initiative launched
The surprising partnership between William and Mr Kemp came as the Prince launched a new initiative to help communities work together to prepare for emergencies - Ready Together.
The initiative aims to support local communities in preparing for emergencies, with the day's engagements in Somerset focusing on how communities are responding to extreme weather events.
