Hollywood star Jamie Lee Curtis caused chaos on Tuesday's episode of ITV's This Morning after accidentally swearing live on air. Presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley were forced to apologise to viewers following the incident.
The 67-year-old actress was discussing her latest film Ella McCay when the conversation turned to I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! After a cross to 2023 champion Sam Thompson, Ben asked Jamie if she would ever enter the jungle. She replied: 'No, f**k no!' before exclaiming 'whoops' at her slip-up.
Cat Deeley quickly apologised, saying: 'Hello there, welcome back, we'd just like to say very sorry for Jamie Lee Curtis' language...' Ben added: 'As we went into the break, I asked her if she'd go into the jungle and she was pretty adamant, in an Oscar-winning way, that she wasn't going to go into the jungle. So apologies if anyone was offended.'
Viewers took to social media to react, with one writing: 'Lmao not Jamie swearing live YASSSS #thismorning.' Another said: 'How could you not love Jamie Lee Curtis? She's an absolute legend!'
During the same interview, Jamie dismissed the idea of a third Freaky Friday film, saying the young stars would need to be older to have children, making her role as a 'great granny' unlikely.
