A 27-year-old bisexual writer has described how she arranged a one-night stand in the afternoon to avoid disrupting her sleep, in a first-person account published by Metro.
Writing under the pseudonym Cheri, she explained that she prefers casual sex because she 'tends to fall too hard, too soon' when dating, and that separating sex from emotions makes it enjoyable. Her four-year relationship ended two years ago, and she is currently single.
Planning a daytime encounter
While spending a week in Oxford, Cheri matched on Bumble with Josh, a 26-year-old tennis coach. She was leaving on Friday and Josh worked evenings teaching tennis to children after school and professionals during the day, so his only free time was around 11pm. Cheri was reluctant to meet a stranger that late, and Josh suggested meeting in the afternoon instead.
